Controversial Rapper Vic O To Rap About Nigeria’s Missing Budget

Controversial Nigerian rapper, Vic O ‘The King Of Rap’ is set to release his hit single Missing Budget following of Nigeria’s stolen 2016 budget from the House of Assembly.

Vic O took to Twitter to reveal this fans asked him to rap about ‘who stole our missing budget’.
