“Goodbye To The Game” – IllBliss Announces Retirement From Music

Tobechukwu Melvin Ejiofor popularly known as IllBliss, is a Nigerian rapper/ hip-hop recording artiste and business man.

IllBliss kicked off his musical career as a member of the defunct group Da Thorobreds.

He released his debut album in 2009 titled “Dat Ibo Boy”, which included the hit single ‘U go wound o’and ‘Aiye po gan’ featuring Terry G.

The musician also referred to as ‘Oga Boss’ is responsible for launching the careers of acts like Chidinma and Phyno among others.

The rapper who was expected to drop a fourth album titled “iLLYGati”  after he released a single in 2016 featuring Falz titled ‘Ayakata’   recently took to Instagram to announce his retirement from music for reasons yet unknown.

This is what he wrote :

“Thank you all for being with me through this amazing musical journey…Goodbye…to the game…I’m gone…Next Chapter”.
