Ugandan Singer, Bebe Cool Reportedly Demanded For Omah Lay & Tems’ Arrest

Ugandan singer, Omah Lay Bebe was said to have requested for Nigerian singers, Omah Lay and Tems be arrested after their show a few days ago.

Prior to the show, Bebe Cool had asked the promoter in charge to cancel the event.  However, the show took place as scheduled and this caused him to rant on social and this supposedly attracted the higher-ups. Shortly after their arrest, the singer later changed his opinion on the matter after initially whistle-blowing with intention to prevent the disputed concert the artists performed from happening.

Taking to his social media pages, he wrote: “Free Omah Lay. So much has happened to humanity in the world due to covid-19 but we need to focus on not hurting each other more than what covid-19 has done to us all. I called for this concert to be stopped and the authorities did not do so then. Damage has been done but we can avoid more damage. Free the artists and blame the organizers.”
