Apple Music now has its own Android Widget

Hat tip to Engadget for this one.

Just in: if you’ve got the latest version, you can now add an Apple Music widget to your Android home screen. It means you can play, pause, skip tracks in a playlist and even like them (that little heart over there) without having to open up the app. Pretty cool feature if you ask me.

Apple Music

Apple Music is one of the things that makes using Android phones bearable for me. Even though in many ways it’s not as good an experience (it still carries the beta tag), it’s the closest thing an Apple fan like me can get. I’ll take it.

I just downloaded the update, and I’m already trying it out on the Mi Tribe I’m testing out over the next few days. I’m putting down my thoughts in a comprehensive review, and I will publish it sometime next week. Watch this space. By the way, If you haven’t read my review of the Blackberry PRIV, you can check it out here.
