Lagos-based startup incubator/accelerator, Passion Incubator just launched their co-working space and spinoff business unit, Leadspace, that’s located at 70 Olonode Street, Yaba, Lagos.
LeadSpace is an alternative commercial real estate business that creates shared infrastructure for entrepreneurs and founders of small and medium size businesses – including middle level corporate executives, freelancers and content creators. Through a shared cost model, Leadspace will provide users (individuals or corporate bodies) office facilities and amenities at a subsidised price.
Members of the space will have access to help from a community of service providers (like lawyers, tax accountants, PR/advertising experts, Software developers, etc.) and the subscription fees range from N2,000 (per individual) for a daily pass, to N100,000 for a yearly virtual plan.
Passion Incubator co-founder, Olufunbi Falayi is the CEO of LeadSpace. The plan is to launch more locations before the end of this year, and they’ve already received investment from seed capital fund, Leadpath.
