General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida’s second daughter and last child, Halima  got married to Auwal Abdullahi, a businessman who holds the traditional title of Sarkin Sudan Gombe, at Babangida’s Hill Top residence in Minna.

Former president, Goodluck Jonathan and his wife Patience, Former Head of State, General Abdusalam Abubakar, Senate President Bukola Saraki, House Speaker Yakubu Dogara, Senator Godswill Akpabio, Governors Abubakar Bello (Niger), Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara), Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Aminu Tambuwal (Sokoto), Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), former First Ladies Turai Yar’adua and Justice Fati Abubakar, All Progressives Congress (APC) National leader Bola Tinubu, among others.
