Some people were on his side while others weren’t as they felt everybody has the right to sing whatever they like as he (Falz) wasn’t a saint either.

1. Olu Maintain
“Olu Maintain” (sometimes called Mr. Yahooze) is a Nigerian recording artist, songwriter and performer.
His song about Yahoo boys was produced by Puffy Tee and officially released on October 27, 2007, as the lead single from his debut album of the same name The music video for “Yahooze” was shot in Nigeria. The official remix features guest vocals from Nigerian recording artist LKT. “Yahooze” won Hottest Single of the Year at the 2008 Nigeria Entertainment Awards
2. 9ice
9ice whose biggest single is titled “Gongo Aso” won the award for Best Hip Hop Artist at the MTV Africa Music Awards in 2008. At the third edition of the Hip Hop World Awards held in Nigeria, he won the Revelation of the Year award and Best Male Vocal Performer.
A month later at the first SoundCity Music Video Awards, he was nominated in the category of Best New Artist.
He released ‘Living Things’ in 2016.

Olamide Baddo records mostly in Yoruba, his native tongue. In 2011, he released his debut studio album Rapsodi while signed to Coded Tunes. YBNL, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint YBNL Nation.

4. Small Doctor
Small doctor is a Nigerian musician who sings in his native language “Yoruba” came into limelight in 2012 after doing a couple mixtapes and freestyles. As of 2015 he already had huge fan base when it came to the street in the southwestern part of Nigeria.
He released ‘Penalty’ in 2016.
5. Reminisce
Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru, known by his stage names Reminisce and ALAGA IBILE, is a Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter from Ogun State. He performs in both English and his native language, Yoruba.
In the English language, the name Reminisce means to indulge in the enjoyable recollection of past events, and the first four letters are a shortened form of the name Remilekun. 2mussh was released in 2012.
6. Kelly Hansome
His real name is Orji Kelechi Obinna George Michael. He comes from the great land of Eziobodo in Owerri west local government area in IMO state. Kelly attended Albright nursery school, Alvan staff Primary School, Government College Owerri and Madonna University (Computer science).
His song ‘Maga Don Pay’ was released in 2008 and was like a sequel to Olu Maintain’s ‘Yahooze’.
7. Lord Of Ajasa
Olusegun Osaniyi a.k.a Lord of Ajasa is a native of Akure, Ondo State. He was crowned the Lord of Flavor (Ajasa is Yoruba term for flavor) in his polytechnic days in Ondo state, where he majored in Quantity Survey.
