Nigerian rapper, Ice Prince seems to have something cooked up to thrill his fans in this first quarter of the year.

The rapper took to his Twitter page to query his fans on which country’s president smokes weed. According to him, it’s or research purposes and simply wanted the opinion of his fans. He wrote: “Hey guys, we are doing a research and will love your opinion on something… Pls which country’s President do you think smokes weed Lowkey ?!
