American Rapper, Fat Joe & Akon Praise Burna Boy For Making Meaningful Songs Like Fela Kuti

Senegalese-American singer, Akon, and American rapper, Fat Joe have professed love for Burna Boy and his music.

The “Lonely” singer in a recent Instagram live chat with rapper, Fat Joe, talked about Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, and how his music is going places.  Fat Joe expressed his love for the Nigerian singer while Akon said the “Ye” singer came with the truth in his lyrics. Akon further explained that Burna Boy has done a great job in infusing the words of late Nigerian Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Kuti’s vibe into present-day songs. He said that the Nigerian singer makes songs with old and meaningful messages that we need to hear as adults
