Popular Nigerian singer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, professionally known as Oxlade has revealed what inspired him to go into music.
The Away singer made the revelation following a question asked by one of his fans during a Q&A session. The fan asked the singer what inspired him to do music and Oxlade gave an answer many weren’t expecting.
Oxlade disclosed that Davido’s luxurious Jeep was what inspired him to go into music. According to him, after he saw Davido’s jeep worth millions of naira, he became more motivated to do more music and become successful at it. In his own words, he wrote:
“Davido’s jeep”. After that day, I said I have to make it in life”.
